Subscription Cancellation:
You may cancel your Florea subscription at any time before your next billing date — no penalties, no phone calls, no emails required. Simply log into your account at tryFlorea.com, go to Manage Subscription, and click Cancel. You will receive a confirmation email immediately. Your subscription will not renew and no further charges will apply.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
We stand behind Florea 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your first order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@tryFlorea.com with your order number and we will issue a full refund — no return required. We trust you.

How to Request a Refund:
Email support@tryFlorea.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the request. We respond within 24 business hours and process all approved refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exclusions:
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order only. Subscription renewals and repeat orders are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors, damaged products, or unfulfilled orders. If you are charged after canceling due to a technical error, we will refund that charge in full immediately.

Damaged or Missing Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 20 business days of your order date, contact us immediately and we will send a replacement at no charge.
