We stand behind Florea 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If Florea does not meet your expectations within 30 days of delivery:
- Email us at support@tryFlorea.com with your order number
- Tell us what happened — we genuinely want to know
- We will offer a full refund or replacement, your choice
No need to return the product. We trust you.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your delivery date
- Limit of one refund per customer
- Refunds apply to first-time purchases only (not repeat orders)
Subscription Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date
- Charges already processed for the current period are non-refundable
- If you are charged after requesting cancellation due to a technical error, we will refund that charge in full
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we will send a replacement immediately at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
