Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

United States:

  • Standard shipping: 7-12 business days
  • You will receive a tracking number by email within 1-2 business days of your order

International:

  • We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.

  • One-time purchase: Calculated at checkout based on location
  • Subscribe & Save: FREE shipping on every order

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Florea is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. Email us at support@tryFlorea.com and we will do our best to assist

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryFlorea.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed. Florea is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
